  • This event is exclusively for individuals who have received a Sculptra® treatment. It is not intended for promotional purposes by clinics or medical institutions.
  • Incomplete submissions, including missing required information, will not be eligible for entry.
  • Essential personal information may be collected for the purpose of event operation. All collected data will be discarded after prizes are delivered.
  • Event details and prizes may be subject to change without prior notice due to internal circumstances.
  • Prize options cannot be selected and will be sent randomly.
  • Only authenticity verifications completed within the same month as the treatment will be considered valid for participation.
  • For prizes exceeding KRW 50,000 in value, a 22% tax must be paid by the recipient. Individual guidance will be provided regarding tax submission.
  • Sculptra® is not responsible for any delivery delays or lost prizes resulting from incorrect personal information or courier issues.
  • All prizes will be shipped in bulk after the winner announcement and once the personal information collection period has ended. Delivery may be delayed depending on circumstances.
